Balfour Beatty have started work on the £170m PPP contract for Consort Healthcare, Balfour Beatty’s specialist PPP healthcare company and NHS Fife.

Balfour Beatty will be constructing the hopsital and are already underway with the steel erection and metal deck flooring on the south portion of the new wing at Victoria Hospital, Kircaldy, Fife.

The project is due for completion in 2011.
