Yarlington Housing Group has invited contractors to tender for a £30m maintenance contract covering its properties across south Somerset from April 2010.

The housing association’s Planned Maintenance Works programme will include the refurbishment and replacement of roofing, external doors, landscape works, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, and interior work across its 8,000 social housing units.

Contractors wishing to express their interest need to return pre-qualification questionnaires by the 30 September and up to five contractors will then be invited to tender on 26 October.
