BAM Nuttall has been awarded a £20m contract to build phase one of the South East Hampshire Bus Rapid Transit route.

The project will include the construction of a 4.7km single carriageway road from Fareham to Gosport and the installation and diversion of services, a sustainable water surface drainage network and bus shelters with cycle storage.
