| Sisk wins £39m power station contract |
John Sisk & Son has been awarded a £39m civils contract which will see it work on the site of a new Combined Cycle Gas Turbine power station in Pembrokeshire.
The contract will involve the construction of the substructure and reinforced concrete work for five turbine halls as well as assocated cooling water pipework and ancillary site services.
The power plant will be constructed on the site of a former oil-fired Pembroke Power Station that ceased operation in 1997.
