£56m of London Schemes go to Galliford Try
The Partnerships business of Galliford Try has chosen to deliver four new developments worth £56m in Greater London.
Financial close has been reached on a £27m development for West London LIFT in White City, Hammersmith & Fulham Primary Care Trust and Notting Hill Home Ownership.
The Partnerships business has also won three new major affordable housing developments for established housing association clients; a 60-home mixed tenure project in the Aylesbury Estate area of South London for London and Quadrant, the St Edmunds Terrance development for The Guinness Partnership and the Three Colts Lane scheme in Tower Hamlets for Peabody.
The combined total of these schemes is just over £29million and commenting on recent success, Galliford Try Chief Executive Greg Fitzgerald said, “We are delighted at the success of our Partnerships brand in winning these significant contracts within the Greater London area.
“The track record of the business goes before it and we look forward to working with our partners to develop the high quality public buildings and affordable housing that these communities are asking for.”
