The West Yorkshire Police Authority is inviting bids for a PFI contract, valued at up to £250m, to build and operate two new headquarters in Leeds and Wakefield.
As part of the deal a new specialist training facility will also be built and run in Wakefield. The contractor will also carry out building and grounds maintenance, repairs and lifecycle replacements, pest control, cleaning, security, and landscaping, as well as energy and utilities management.
Contractors have until 24 May to submit pre-qualification questionnaires. The contract will last 27-years.
