The Ministry of Justice has announced details on its £400m to £1bn facilities management framework.

It is looking for up to 10 contractors to manage its UK wide portfolio of buildings across a four year period.

The contract will include fabric and m&e maintenance, plumbing packages, landscaping and signage.

Contractors wishing to express their interest in the project need to do so by 17 September.
