Strategic Team Group has been awarded social housing contracts worth £5m.

The West Yorkshire building contractor will be building a residential new build and part refurbishment in Headingley, Leeds, as well as a conversion of a six storey Victorian property into apartments in Whitby for Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association; Repairs and maintenance work on over 250 properties across the north of England as part of a four year framework deal for Stonham, part of Home Group; And improvements and repairs to properties in Starbeck, Harrogate on behalf of Harrogate Families Housing Association.
