Banff and Buchan College in Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire, is seeking a contractor to redevelop its campus at a cost of between £18m and £19m.

The campus will need to remain operational throughout the construction process, so it will may be awarded on a phase by phase basis.

The tender route will follow a single stage design and build format, however, the design will be substantially complete prior to the tender issue.

Banff and Buchan College require the current Design Team (architectural, Civil and Structural Engineers, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers, BREAAM Consultants and Fire Engineer) to be innovative.

The deadline for expressions of interest is 4 December.
