Homes For Islington (HFI) has invited tenders for a four-year framework for the design and build of housing, worth up to £60m.

The framework will see an annual spend of between £7.5m and £15m and the deal will be divided into three lots:

Lot 1 - up to £999,999,999; Lot 2 - £1m to £3,999,999; and Lot 3 - over £4m.

Contractors have until the 28 September 2009 to express their interest in the framework.
