Cuddy Group, a South Wale based contractor has launched Primrose Homes - a house-building business.

Cuddy says the new venture will create 30 jobs in the industry including architects, surveyors, site and project managers, bricklayers and carpenters.

The first development will be located in the Vale of Neath and include the build of 81 homes.

Future developments are planned for the Vale of Glamorgan, Newport and the Gower Peninsula near Swansea.

Cuddy, best known as a demolition contractor, also carries out land remediation, nuclear decommissioning, civil engineering and plant hire was founded in 1983.
