Down District Council is looking for a contractor to build the New Down Administration Centre, as part of an £11.7m contract.

The contract will see the construction of a new purpose-built multi-storey office building with a double-storey glazed entrance, all linked through to an existing building and part demolition and refurbishment of an existing wing of a Grade B lsited building for office and commerical use.
