Tenders are being invited for a £350m framework contract from Scope System Build. 

 
Scope System Build, which is owned and controlled by Derby City Council, Derbyshire County Council, Gateshead Council, Nottingham City Council, Nottinghamshire County Council and Warwickshire County Council, are looking for contractors to provide construction services for four years to each of the local authorities.
 

Work will include the new build and refurbishment of housing, education, universities, further education and training colleges. It will also involve work to transport depots, bus stations, recycling facilities and offices.
