Work to be carried under the contract, which will run for between 25 and 30 years, includes maintenance of carriageways, footways, streetlights, signs, traffic signals, bridges and street furniture.
Contractors will also be required to design and build new improvement schemes.
The council will launch an OJEU contract notice and will be running an information event on Monday 7 December at the London Borough of Hounslow Civic Centre.
